Women's Therapy Group Women's Therapy Group Women's Therapy Group An invitation into authenticity and connection There are many reasons to choose to join a group. You may be dealing with stresses in your intimate relationships, families, or professional lives. You may be dealing with fear, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or grief and loss. You may have the sense that you are not living the life you want to live and wish to step more powerfully into yourself. Together we work to create greater room for happiness, authenticity with ourselves and others, and a deeper sense of purpose and meaning in our lives. This can be a place for you to work towards your own personal goals within a circle of other women. We will be weaving together personal histories, current lives, and the unfolding experiences and relationships within the group. Exploring and developing relationships within the group is a way to inform us about our direction and our nature. Therapy group offers dialogue, support, connection, feedback, and the opportunity for rich personal investigation. Together we learn to access the deepest parts of ourselves as a source for healing and direction. Group offers the opportunity to break free from fixed conceptions of ourselves and to move towards a true awareness of our actual experience. It is this self-awareness that holds the seeds of transformation. Group meets Tuesday evenings 6:45 to 8:15 pm at Fremont Healing Arts. Cost: $35 per session, paid monthly. This is an ongoing group and we ask that you commit to join us for a minimum of three months. Please call for additional information or to schedule an initial individual session.
